Classes are taught by experienced physiotherapist and senior yoga instructor Rosie Taylor so you’re in safe hands.
Rosie has over 10 years’ experience as a physiotherapist with mums, children and babies. Rosie is a new mum herself, during her recent pregnancy she immersed herself in hypnobirthing and taught pregnancy yoga all the way through her pregnancy. Having studied active birthing methods and natural birthing methods, Rosie is keen to share these techniques and to support women through pregnancy and the transition into motherhood. Rosie strongly believes in educating women in how to prepare your body and mind for optimal birthing and recovery.
