Clare is a Norwich based massage therapist who specialises in remedial/clinical and deep tissue massage as well as postural analysis. Clare is a licensed massage therapist. She has extensive international clinical massage training and aims to educate in maintaining healthy muscles and posture.
As a sufferer of chronic fatigue syndrome, Clare personally discovered the benefits of massage for improving health. This urged her to train as a massage specialist and she gained her professional qualification in 2002. Clare’s training took place in a school dedicated to massage therapy, anatomy and physiology in Melbourne Florida USA. Here she studies the various theories behind massage’s long history and undertook practical sessions every day for a year. This was followed by months of work experience in a variety of clinics and charity events.

Although Clare specialises in clinical/remedial and deep tissue massage, she is able to offer a variety of massage therapies for old and new injuries and/or relaxation purposes. Her career so far has seen her treat many clients with chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, M.S. and severe headaches and migraines. Clare tailors each session to the individual, balancing luxury and relaxation with the clinical aim and focus of the session.
Clare’s other speciality is pregnancy massage; she enjoys treating expectant mums with various conditions such as sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome and back pain. Clare also encourages all her pregnant clients to treat themselves to a postnatal massage as there is no harder and more demanding job than being a new mummy.
