Project Description
Reflexology
Reflexology
The origins of reflexology are thought to date from about 5,000 years ago from China and the East.
It’s a gentle therapy that promotes relaxation, restores balance and can help you to manage your health. It works by detecting and correcting imbalances in the body by applying precise therapeutic techniques to specific reflex areas on the feet or hands.
It’s not just a massage and nor is it a substitute for medical treatment. It helps improve circulation and promote relaxation enabling the client’s body to help itself.
Reflexology balances the body and promotes self healing through:
Enabling you to achieve deep relaxation
Boosting your immune system
Stimulating circulation
Removing toxins
Stabilising breathing
Boosting energy levels
Inducing calm in mind and body
