Project Description
Nutrition
Nutrition
This approach allows me to work with individuals to address nutritional balance and help support your body and mind towards maintaining health.
Nutritional therapy is ideal for most people, including those with chronic conditions, as well as those looking to enhance their health and wellbeing for maximum performance and optimal wellness. All that I ask is that you’re prepared to commit to changes to your diet – don’t worry I’ll create you a bespoke plan that suits your individual dietary preferences, lifestyle and cooking ability. But I do ask that you are committed to making change – so that I can support you towards optimal health, long term.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I consider every client’s individual needs to be unique, and recommend personalized nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. My aim is to coach you to success – even if that means you need a bit more support to keep you on track. Every person is different – and I’ll tailor your strategy and level of support to suit your individual needs.
My goal is to help you to eat well for life and my passion lies in the belief that the right food can do amazing things for us. I’m lucky enough to work with 1,000s of clients globally whilst retaining my practise here locally in Norwich, Norfolk.
Alongside my practise I have invested time authoring several online nutrition E-courses which echo so much of what I discuss in my consultations. I want to be able to share my knowledge and guidance across a platform that makes online nutrition accessible for everyone. These courses cover a plethora of information focusing on making changes for life and making good nutrition normal for your family.
Alongside my private work, I also support The Spire Hospital’s Bariatric Unit. Here I give patients who have had gastric bands and sleeves professional dietary advice and nutritional support, to help them achieve optimum health, wellbeing and weight management. I also offer Nutrition workshops for Norfolk’s cancer charity, The Big C.
I also support many organisations around the UK with nutrition training and advice – from large corporations to foster care agencies and schools.

I typically work with people of all ages and backgrounds. All I’m asking is that you are motivated and committed to making change. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure we come up with a program that’s realistic and achievable with lots of practical suggestions on how to achieve your goals.
My mantra is: that I am here for the long term, to support your journey to living and eating well, providing that important motivation that so many of us need to stay on the right path.
