Emotional Wellbeing Therapy

My approach to therapy is one which is centred around you and having a diverse range of skills allows me to adapt to you and your specific needs.

Everything starts with a thought! Your mind is the single most powerful tool you have!

Learning to take charge of your thoughts can change your life in more ways than you can imagine so I have dedicated my time to studying the most cutting edge intervention techniques that rewire the brain and what is even better is I teach you how to do it for yourself!

I have successfully helped many people with a multitude of issues, including:

My approach works for so many different things by exploring the emotional issues that might be underneath the problems you’re experiencing. It can improve how you feel about yourself, get rid of limiting beliefs, help you work through past traumas, and move on from things that are holding you back.

The initial session will last around 90 mins. Following sessions are 1 hour.

The amount of sessions really will vary depending on the issue and the individual. On average it is between 1-4 sessions.
