Low impact exercise on a mat, which strengthens the core muscles, using a variety of equipment, which is provided.

Reduces stress and tension
Eases back pain and muscle ache
Improves joint mobility and balance.

Anyone who would like to improve their core muscles and posture, move with ease and freely and learn how these exercises can help them in everyday life.

The classes run monthly, so a monthly membership can be purchased.

The classes are small, with a maximum of 10.

This depends on the individual and their reasons for wanting to join a class and do Pilates. However, a lot of people feel the benefit of Pilates and from what they learn in the classes and their everyday lives.
