Pain Killer Method (PKM)

A unique method which integrates western and alternative techniques to resolve immediate pain and mobility problems, which then utilises a 4 Keys To Health model and takes you on a journey to a longer, healthier and more active life.

Nicky is a consultant physiotherapist and PKM originator.  Nicky will first establish the current health status utilising the 4 Keys Model, along with the nature of the physical problem and then determine a treatment plan, which will include a combination of soft tissue work, manipulation, acupuncture and specialist intramuscular stimulation (IMS) dry needling, supported as necessary with technology including deep oscillation, shockwave, electrotherapy and referral for Magnetic Resonance Treatment.

Assessments and treatments are 30 minutes.

(We recommend patients have an initial appointment of 2 sessions, so that both assessment and treatment can be achieved).

Step 1: Assessment plus 3 treatments (review in final treatment)
Step 2: 3 more treatments (review in final treatment)
Step 3: Preventative treatments as necessary

Note: Step 2 depends on complexity of condition to be resolved

A single 30 minute session is £55
A bundle of 1 assessment plus 3 treatments is £199 (approx. 10% discount)
A bundle of 3 treatments is £149 (approx. 10% discount)

Bundle prices are paid in advance. Bundled treatments must be used within 3 months. Where bundled treatments are cancelled, a refund will be given which does not include the discount (i.e. all taken sessions are priced at £55) Initial DNA’s will forfeit 50%. Subsequent DNA’s will forfeit 100%.
