Indian Head Massage

Indian Head massage is a treatment usually performed seated in a chair.  Traditionally practiced to improve the scalp and hair condition of Indian women but nowadays involves the upper back, shoulders, neck and face.

  This massage is accessible and convenient as it can be performed fully clothed or with the upper garments removed (to allow oil to be used).  It uses a range of massage pressures and techniques to relieve tension and stress, which makes it the perfect workplace massage.

The primary benefit of Indian Head Massage is to relieve tension and stress in the scalp, face, neck and shoulders.  This can help with headaches, migraines, eye strain and muscular problems as well as promoting alertness and concentration and relief from mental and tiredness and stress.

Sessions last between 30 – 40 minutes.
