Children and Parents Yoga

Children and Parents yoga is a class that is specifically designed to introduce children to the benefits of Yoga & Meditation whilst in a safe environment. Fun is one of the main focuses of the class, so the yoga poses and breathing techniques will be explored through games, stories, crafts and songs. .
There are multiple benefits that you and your child will gain from attending a Children and Parents Yoga class. Most importantly, it is a great and fun way to spend some one on one time with your child/children.
Physically, your strength, awareness of the body, flexibility and coordination will improve. Additionally, you will both gain skills that will enable you to focus more and develop an understanding of the importance of being calm and relaxed.

Children aged 2-9 years. (Parents are welcome and encouraged to join in too!)

The class is 45 minutes long.
The sessions will run every Thursday from 20th April 2017

There is room for a maximum of 12 children and their parents
Drop in price – £5 (includes 1 x Adult & 1 Child)
Any additional children can be added for the price of £1

6 session block booking – £25 (includes 1x Adult & 1 x Child)
Any additional children can be added for the price of £1 per session
