BWRT® – BrainWorking Recursive Therapy®

BWRT is a new form of psychological therapy which is based on the latest discoveries about the way the brain works and how it affects our emotional wellbeing. It is a client-centered therapy, working almost totally with the client’s own thought processes without the need for extensive discussions or disclosure. BWRT uses a standardised delivery protocol to ensure the quality of work is constant.

A BWRT therapist will initially spend time discussing your difficulties in as much detail as you are comfortable with. Whilst this can be an important part of your therapy, if there is anything that you prefer to keep private, BWRT allows you to do so. Your therapist will explain BWRT to you and discuss your treatment plan. Once you are ready to start you will be taken through the BWRT protocol.

BWRT can help with a many problems where psychological factors are involved. Some of the more common areas include:

  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
  • Fears, phobias and panic attacks
  • Goal achievement
  • Procrastination and motivation
  • Anger
  • Alcohol and substance abuse
  • Obsessions, compulsions and OCD
  • Psychosexual disorders
  • Self esteem
  • Self confidence
  • Weight loss
Sessions usually last about an hour, though the first session may take up to 2 hours.
The number of sessions vary, sometimes a single session can bring astounding results. This will be discussed at the first session so you can get a more realistic idea before committing to the therapy.
£60 per 1 hour session.
