I will be treating ten patients a day on Mondays and Wednesdays and the appointment slots will be 45 minutes long to give me enough time to treat the patient, exchange my PPE, and come out to the car park to get the next patient.
I am asking you not to come and see me if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have any symptoms (sneezing, dry cough, temperature or loss of taste and smell) to not only protect other patients but my family too.
I will be wearing full PPE and cleaning the bench and room throughly.
I would appreciate that patients come wearing a fresh clean mask please
If you need an emergency appointment please ring my mobile which is listed on my website and this page and I will ask you some questions before making the appointment. If you can try and avoid ringing for an appointment on Mondays and Wednesdays that would be helpful as I will be busy after I’ve started back at work.
Rowan House Centre Norwich
will not be staffed so I will be making the appointments and taking payment and I would prefer card payments, transfers or cheques please.
Obviously if there is an increase of cases this will have to be reviewed.
I hope this is all clear, these are difficult times and we all need to work together to keep everyone safe and well
