Julie has been practicing yoga for 16 years. What started as a form of exercise and to release stress, very soon turned into her passion in life. It has transformed her completely allowing her to look at herself, work and life and work out what she needed for a happy life.
Julie has practiced many styles of yoga and experienced different styles of teachers, attended numerous retreats and workshops in the UK and around the world – and now wants to share all her knowledge and experience with others.
Yoga has given Julie a belief that anything is possible, so come and join her on the mat.
Teacher training was completed under the guidance Swami Atma Gyanam Saraswati and Julie is 200+ registered teacher with Yoga Alliance UK.
