Anna is a clinical Pilates Coach and a Human and Equine Reiki Master with 22 years experience in the fitness, health and wellness industry. Pilates was recommended to her just under 10 years ago following back surgery. She qualified over 6 years ago and continues her development as research and evidence evolves, which she filters into her classes.
She has always been active and represented her county in a number of sports, however after a prolapsed disc and being diagnosed with a degenerative spine, she looked for something to help support her spine. This is where her journey of Pilates started and she discovered Modern Pilates design by physiotherapist Chris Norris and Fitness and Pilates professional, Cherry Baker.

Benefits of Pilates
Pilates enable her to lead an active life and manage her back condition. Where she also credits physiotherapy, chiropractic, sports massage and acupuncture treatment assisting with recovery. She believes in a whole body approach and will recommend other therapies where appropriate. She also credits meditation and Reiki to her recovery, as there is a great link between mind and body.
One to one Reiki
She teaches Pilates in small groups and one to one. She also offers meditation in groups and Reiki one to one, which can all play a key part in people’s lives in calming the mind, managing stress and having enough energy to perform daily tasks.
