Class Information

The majority of our classes are held in our light and spacious studio, which offers an intimate space for small to medium sized wellbeing classes (listed below.) 

Our classes are all run by instructors who are specialists in their field and dedicated to your overall wellbeing.  They will look at and take into account your medial history, individual goals, limitations and will be able to adapt exercises and activities appropriately. 

Our classes range in size but hold a maximum of 15 participants to allow individual adjustment and progression.
