Rowan House prides itself on its customer service and its friendly and approachable staff.  Its young and forward thinking team has over 25 years’ experience working to support small and medium businesses as well as a wealth of experience in the Health and Wellbeing industry.

Claire Howard
Claire HowardOperations Manager

Claire started working at Rowan House when she was 18 years old. Her first role was a junior receptionist and over the years has taken on various training courses and new roles which have all led to her current position as Operations Manager.

Claire has gained extensive business knowledge over the past 18 years and has helped and supported many small and medium size businesses based at Rowan House. Claire is married and has a young son, she loves spending time with her family and enjoys days out visiting different places with them.

She has a real passion for researching her family tree, some of which she has traced back to the 1600’s and is also a Formula 1 petrol head since she was forced into watching her first race at aged 13! To speak to Claire directly email claire@rowanhousecentre.co.uk

Rachel Pailes
Rachel PailesBusiness Development Manager
Rachel and Claire worked together initially in 1998 when Rachel joined the reception team at Rowan House for a brief period before she went travelling in her gap year. They have remained friends ever since and even have baby boys born only 4 months apart.

Rachel’s love of health and wellbeing started at a young age as a national gymnast and her first job was as a fitness instructor and life guard at Park Farm Hotel. She then studied Sport and Exercise Science at Birmingham University and qualified with a first class honours degree before pursuing her chosen career in Physiotherapy. She re-joined the Rowan House team in May 2015 to develop the Health and Wellbeing aspect of the business and will be setting up her children’s physiotherapy and infant massage practice at Rowan House.

Rachel is often found surrounded by toys on a mat, helping mothers and their babies with their developmental needs. Whenever she gets a spare moment Rachel can be seen running the streets of Hethersett. To speak to Rachel directly email rachel@rowanhousecentre.co.uk

Jodie Bunkell
Jodie BunkellCustomer Relations and PA
Jodie started working at Rowan House in April 2008, she started as Junior Reception and over the years has had the chance to do a variety of different roles within the team.

Jodie has always enjoyed being around and helping people and one of her favourite roles since being with Rowan House was being on reception, so when the role of Customer Relations and PA came up she was lucky enough to grab this with both hands.

In her spare time Jodie enjoys being in the outdoors, taking her Jack Russell ‘Pudding’ for long walks, and spending time with her family and friends. Jodie also enjoys cooking and trying to be creative by bringing old pieces of furniture back to life by restoring them.
